Big Boi – New Album

Following several years of arguing with his record label (Jive), OutKast’s Big Boi finally releases his solo album Sir Luscious Left Foot…The Son Of Chico Dusty on July 6th. Apparently the label hung onto the set for years believing that it wasn’t commercial enough to release. They eventually gave their consent for the album to come out on another label (Def Jam), but wouldn’t allow his Outkast partner Andre 3000 to appear on it, leaving 3 unreleased songs.

You can listen to the whole album on Big Boi’s MySpace page, which is most definitely a masterpiece.

Don’t know much about this artist except: she was born in Warren, MI – is signed to FrontStreet Records – plays the piano, flute, and guitar – & describes her style as “Trip Pop with Soul.” Check out the video, she obviously has a sense of fun and knows how to write a catchy tune.

Worst Beverages in America

No wonder there are so many over-weight people in America. Even the “healthy” drinks are loaded with sugar.

I personally LOVE SoBe Green Tea, but I had to stop drinking it because it has 240 calories and 61g sugar! I would switch to a zero sugar alternative, but artificial sweeteners like Aspartame (E951) are apparently toxic and cause cancer. I’m not taking any chances.
