Levels by Avicii is the biggest song in clubland at the moment, but I wanted to highlight the incredible voice behind the sample – Etta James. Here’s a video of her performing the classic “Something’s Got A Hold On Me” which Avicii used so well.

I played this remix during my set on Saturday night and it’s stuck in my head, so I thought I’d share it with you. Released on Plant Music and remixed by late French producer Medhi, Love Thing is a soulful dance-floor groove by NYC artist Eli Escobr and vocalist Amanda Blank.
